In the center of the village there is a picturesque square with plane trees, gushing waters and ornate stone fountains. Next to it there is a monument dedicated to fallen during the occupation and civil war. There is another monument at the entrance of the village. Very close to the square is an old preserved tower house with 2 floors and a heater. There is also another tower house that is now in ruins.
There are 2 traditional taverns offering good quality food to guests.
Near Agio Vasileio (2 km) is the old monastery of Taxiarxon Mouras. On the road to Kosmas, 2 km from the village, there are ruins of a medieval castle and the area of Ancient Gluppia with old church of Panagia (Paleopanagia) Gluppia. 1 km further, next to the fir forest, the road leads to the small village of Platanaki, at an altitude of 980 m. The continuation of the route to Kosmas crosses an exciting dense forest with firs and cedars (18 km). From the village another forest road leads to Kastanitsa.
