Lygeria Beach

The beach of Lygeria is located just after the bay of Tyros and these are separated by a rock with windmills. Access is possible by boat or by a path through the central road. Its clear waters are suitable for underwater explorations, while the rocks under the windmills enhance its wild beauty. Due to the difficulty posed to reach this beach, it is usually deserted. This beach is covered mostly in small pebbles but in some parts, there are bigger pebbles and big plates at the edge. Its seabed has an abundance of sea life and this is why you will see quite a few fishing boats during the day. Also many people, mainly locals, go fishing with their fishing rods on the shore.
